Bin Zhou (zhoub@psych.ac.cn)

Bin received his BS and MS in Psychology from Peking University and PhD in Human Biology from the University of Munich. He is currently an associate investigator in the Institute of Psychology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research focuses on the temporal properties of olfactory perception. 

Kepu Chen (chenkp@psych.ac.cn)

Kepu received his BS in Material Physics from Beijing Normal University and PhD in Psychology from the Institute of Psychology at Chinese Academy of Sciences, where he is currently an assistant investigator. He studies the crossmodal integration between olfaction and vision and is also interested in the impact of chemosignals on social behavior.

Yuan Zhuang (zhuangy@psych.ac.cn)

Yuan received her BS in Psychology from South China Normal Univeristy. She is interested in how we sense the (chemical) world by the nose, a.k.a, odor coding.

Yuting Ye (yeyt@psych.ac.cn)

Yuting received her BS in Psychology from Beijing Normal University. She finds it fascinating that humans communicate social information via olfaction.

Fangshu Yao (yaofs@psych.ac.cn)

Fangshu received her BS in Psychology from Anhui University. She wonders how information from olfactory and trigeminal receptors in the nose is weighed and integrated in the brain.

Yuli Wu (wuyl@psych.ac.cn)

Yuli received his BS in Psychology from Jilin University. He is interested in how people navigate around with the sense of smell.

Qiannong Wan (wanqn@psych.ac.cn)

Qiannong received her BS in Economics from South China Normal University. She is interested in how affective valence is ascribed to various sensory stimuli.

Xiaoyue Chang

Xiaoyue is currently doing her undergraduate thesis and will formally join the lab in the fall of 2018.

 

 

 

Past Lab Members

Wei Chen

Wei joined the lab in 2011 as an undergraduate research assistant and obtained her PhD in Psychology in 2017. She now works at Industrial Bank (China).

Guo Feng

Guo joined the lab in 2011 and graduated in 2016 with a PhD in Psychology. She is now a faculty member at Southwest Jiaotong University.

 

Xiaomeng Zhang

Xiaomeng joined the lab in 2009 as an undergraduate research assistant and graduated in 2013 with a MS in Psychology. She now works at Baidu UE.
